Abhijit is a Product Leader who has spent 15 years building customer experience, self-service APIs, and partnership integrations products. He uses his background in software development, Product Management skills to deliver world-class customer-centric products.
Abhijit started at Twilio, a cloud communications platform, as a Solutions Architect. He built a contact center tailored to the business and developed a Live Support Chat for the web Application. After that, he became a Product Manager for Customer Engagement and later a Staff Product Manager. He has also worked as a Principal Technical Product Manager for Impala, the platform for the next generation of travel agents. There he was focused on creating better booking experiences and a platform that helps to engage with guests during their stay.
Abhijit is currently the Director of Product Management at Algolia, an API-first Search platform that helps companies predict what customers want and get discovered by the right audience.
