Abhishek has 8 years of experience in engineering and Product Management. Currently, he’s Senior Product Manager at Expedia, working with Business Intelligence and Data Foundation Teams. Abhishek implemented Tealium to fix referral data and improve data quality to optimize $100M+ in marketing spends and created a framework to automatically obfuscate customer PII data regularly and reduce our brand’s legal risk. Prior to his current role, he was a Product Manager at HealthKart, where he worked closely with the CEO to scale multiple business verticals using deep customer understanding and technology, built an Omni-Channel strategy for HealthKart.com and HK Retail Stores, and increased revenue per store by 30%. Additionally, Abhishek handled topline for HealthKart’s Online business, which was stagnant for almost a year, on e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, FlipKart, SnapDeal, PayTm, 1mg, and ShopClues; and notably, doubled the topline of this channel in 4 months without organic growth or expanding the brand to new categories. Abhishek first gained experience in Engineering working at eGain Corporation, developing and enhanced eGain CRM suite to provide high-quality customer service to 300 leading enterprises and handling critical customer escalations for UK and EMEA clients while working on-site from UK office.
