Adi Kuruganti

Adi Kuruganti is the Chief AI and Development Officer at Automation Anywhere, where he leads the company's shift from Robotic Process Automation (RPA) to Agentic Process Automation (APA) by overseeing product, design, engineering, infrastructure, community, and AI teams. He pioneered the development of Automation Anywhere’s process reasoning engine, while strategically partnering with foundational model providers like Anthropic, OpenAI, and hyperscalers.

With over 15 years at Salesforce, Adi is a seasoned leader who grew into a general manager by focusing on category leadership, customer success, and revenue growth. He served as the GM for Experience Cloud, and was also GM for Commerce, having contributed to major product lines including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. His experience in building scalable products and his hands-on approach to working with sales teams to explain product value and drive successful customer outcomes have been critical to his career.
