Aiswarya Menon

Aiswarya Menon is a Product Leader with years of experience across a variety of industries. She is currently working at TikTok, creating solutions to make their messaging service safe and easy to use. Before this role, she was working on Product and Strategy for trust and safety on the app. Previously, Aiswarya spent time as a PM at Grab and as a Business Analyst at Tata Consultancy Services.

Aiswarya attended Mahatma Gandhi University for her Bachelor's in Engineering and Technology. More recently, she earned her MBA in Business Analytics from the Ghaziabad Institute of Management Technology. Additionally, she has gone on to earn certifications from Salesforce, Stanford University, and Scaled Agile in order to expand her skills in the ever-changing world of product and tech.

Aiswarya has earned the praise of many of her colleagues for her motivation and the cheerful attitude that she brings to the team. She is very open-minded and is great and building strong relationships with users and stakeholders in order to effectively understand them and meet their needs. Not to mention, she is a strong leader who knows when to let her team members take the reigns in order to grow and become better product professionals.
