Ajay Swamy

Ajay Swamy is a Product Leader at AWS, where he oversees the product strategy and management for worldwide SMBs, ISVs, DNBs, start-ups, and greenfield enterprises for AWS Solutions. He leads multiple product development teams from ideation to go-to-market, using agile and lean methodologies, customer development, design thinking, and data-driven decision-making. He manages end-to-end complex releases, product roadmaps, segment strategy, customer experience, and P&L. He has held VP of Product roles at FinTech startups and was previously Head of Product at McKinsey & Company’s New Venture Incubator. On top of that, he has also worked as a Management Consultant and Senior Product Advisor at PwC and started and exited his company Client Pay Direct.

Ajay has a strong engineering background with a bachelor’s degree in computer science. After that, he went on to study Master’s in Information Technologies at New York University. He earned his Global MBA from one of the top 10 global business schools, Instituto de Empresa (IE), studying Strategy, Finance, Management, and Entrepreneurship.
