Alicia Goodwin

Alicia is a hard-working product professional who puts her heart and soul into her work, solving every problem that comes her way. She is very team-oriented and always makes sure every member of the team gets properly recognized for their work. Her positive attitude and good mood are contagious and help her colleagues get through even the most challenging of times.

Currently, she is helping the Zalando team as a Principal Product Manager. She started out with the company as a Product Specialist before later being promoted to Senior Product Specialist. Before Zalando, she spent almost four years as a Product and Senior Product Owner at OpenClinica. She was a key player in building their strategic management while ensuring the success of important product development activities. She also served as a mentor and coach for other members of their team, spreading her knowledge to improve the team overall.

Alicia studied Business Management at Salem State University in Massachusetts. She also earned a Leadership Training certification from Crestcom International. In addition, she is a certified Profession Scrum Product Owner.
