Alok Kumar

Alok Kumar is a Product Leader with experience building and scaling financial products across some of the UK and Europe’s leading fintech and banking organizations. Currently a Lead Product Manager at N26, he brings a combination of product and technical experience to creating innovative digital banking experiences. Throughout his career, Alok has worked across established financial institutions and fast-growing fintech companies, giving him a broad perspective on how product teams can innovate and deliver meaningful customer value in highly regulated industries.

Prior to joining N26, Alok was a Product Manager at Chip, where he contributed to the development of digital savings and investment products designed to help customers build their wealth. He previously worked as a Technical Product Manager at HSBC, building his expertise at the intersection of technology, financial services, and product development. With an engineering background and experience across different stages of company growth, Alok is passionate about building impactful financial products and sharing practical lessons from his journey in Product Management.
