Alokik is a Product Manager in the Machine Learning heavy domain. He has an insatiable thirst for knowledge and new experiences, passionate about technology and its positive impacts, thoroughly enjoys extracting actionable insights from big data, and building amazing Products that lead to customer satisfaction. Currently, Alokik is a Product Manager at Microsoft, thought having worked various roles with different responsibilities while there. As the PM for the Ranking, Allocation, and Pricing of Ads in the Search Page, Alokik increased Revenue/RPM YoY across International Markets, identified new pockets of opportunity for User Experience Improvement/Revenue Growth/Tech Stack optimization, and developed Machine Learning models to understand, identify and target User sub-segments. Some of the projects that he’s have been involved in are: identifying irrelevant cross border advertisers across markets and thinning their impression footprint, and promotional/seasonal events across markets/time and creating algorithmic interventions across the stack to help advertisers and users get the most relevant results for short-lived events. Additionally, Alokik was the PM for a variety of Ad products for Bing International Markets, acting as a point of contact between the sales and engineering team to handle any escalation and attending sales events to educate advertisers on the Product roadmap and to improve coverage of new products.
