Amantha Lott

Amantha Lott is the Co-President | BLXCK Employee Resource GroupCo-President at TikTok, as well as a Senior Product Manager at ByteDance. Here, she manages a diverse team to strategize, design, build and integrate zero-to-one software. She has launched product software and hardware in 82 sites across 4 device models, including regions such as AMS, EMEA and APAC. Prior to ByteDance, Amantha worked at eBay where she held several roles in product management. These roles include Senior Product Manager for Personal Data Collection, Global Prorudt Manager - Profile Service and Global Product Manager - Storefront. Her introduction to eBay, was via a 4-month internship, and her career has soared ever since.
