Amy Wang leads the Product Management & Customer Experience organization for Shipwire, an Ingram Micro company. She is responsible for the global and end-to-end technology roadmap as well as product design. Additionally, she runs the customer support, program management, and training teams for an eCommerce fulfillment business servicing thousands of growing brands and retailers. Amy has over 20 years of experience building SaaS products and services across many different verticals in both the consumer and B2B arena. Prior to Ingram Micro, she held roles at a number of high tech companies in the Bay Area, including Adobe, Oracle, Hewlett-Packard, and Yahoo. She received her undergraduate business degree from UC Berkeley and MBA from UCLA.
