Andrew is passionate about using data to optimize each and every aspect of a business. He is currently working as a Senior Product Manager at Tinder. There he is leading the Quantitative tools team and working on developing a company-wide A/B testing platform and a two-sided customer LTV model. Andrew also has experience as a Consultant, before Tinder he advised a unicorn startup about their performance marketing and growth challenges.
Prior to that, he spent almost three years as the Director of Product Insights and Experimentation at Disney Interactive. During his time there he scaled the experimentation platform to over 100MM users while determining trends in the mobile games market with quantitative and qualitative competitive research.
His colleagues describe him as a tremendously dedicated manager. He makes sure to be available to his team in case any issue comes up. He listens to their concerns and really goes out of his way to help them. This on top of his strong analytical skills and perspective makes him extremely valuable to not just his team but his company. He is a leader who gets to work fast to significantly improve the quality of his products.
