Andy Downard

Andy Downard is a PayPal Product Leader working on Reverse Logistics. He joined PayPal after they acquired his previous company, Happy Returns, where he worked as a Senior PM for over three years. Before that, Andy was CEO of Butterfli, a company he co-founded in 2016 that built software to match riders with wheelchair-accessible vehicle drivers.

Andy earned his Bachelor's from the University of Notre Dame in Chemical Engineering. He continued his studies at the prestigious university, earning his MBA through the Mendoza College of Business. On top of that, he holds a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from the California Institute of Technology.
