Andy is a data-driven Product Manager at Expedia Group, currently working on the partner analytics program with strategy, product-market fit, roadmapping and incremental delivery. Prior to this, he was a Head of Product for Dnata, an air service provider company, where he built and managed teams to establish roadmap OKRs and took ownership of KPIs. He also worked as a Product Owner at Travel Republic, an online travel agent. He owned and optimized group-wide Google Analytics implementation across 5 B2C brands, developed fraud prevention capability, reduced losses due to chargebacks by 71%, and boosted the acceptance rate to >95%. He holds a Bachelor of Arts from Kingston University.
