Apoorva Sharma is an accomplished business leader with over 14 years of experience in product strategy, operations, and sales, specializing in go-to-market (GTM) strategies, product marketing, and scaling businesses through innovative solutions. Currently, Apoorva leads the YouTube Ads GTM team at Google, where she is responsible for enhancing the advertiser journey and driving success for small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) through performance-driven solutions like Audiences & Targeting, Shopping/Commerce, and Campaign Optimization.

At Google, Apoorva has held several key leadership roles. As Head of Global Cross-Product Solutions for YouTube & Display Ads, she leads the product and business strategy for SMB advertisers, focusing on horizontal performance solutions. She also drives cross-functional alignment between product, marketing, and sales teams to ensure seamless execution of GTM initiatives. Prior to this role, she served as Global Product Lead for YouTube Ads, where she owned the performance video ads business and product strategy for SMB advertisers, helping them achieve their marketing goals on the platform.
