Ashley is a Director of Product and a Business Strategy Professional with a passion for user experience and customer-focused solutions. During her lucrative career that spanned over 16 years, she supported successful ventures such as Facebook, Amazon, Capital One and Accenture by converting complex challenges into innovative and positive outcomes.

Already at the beginning of her professional career, Ashley helped achieve transformative success at SCORE! Educational Centers by changing the delivery method of an existing program that quadrupled sales and established territory standards. Today, she is driving the company’s efforts at Babylon Health, promoting its mission to create an accessible and affordable digital healthcare service. Prior to her current position, she drove an initial team to tackle a significant problem space at Facebook, immediately growing results while maintaining key company metrics. Ashley is adept at threading the needle between business and technology, making her a self-driven Product professional who quickly sets the agenda and then drives it to fruition. 

She graduated from the Johns Hopkins University with a Master of Arts in Communications and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Behavioural Biology and Spanish. Her extensive experience and entrepreneurial mindset make Ashley a truly compelling speaker who inspires others to pursue new challenges and surpass expectations.
