Basel Fakhoury

Basel Fakhoury is the Co-Founder and CEO of User Interviews, a company with a mission to help teams discover and embrace user insights. They are starting by solving the biggest pain point in user research - participant recruitment and management.

Before starting this company, he was an Organizer for Lean Startup Circle Boston, where he worked to bring the Boston startup community together to provide guidance and foster connections between entrepreneurs. Prior to that, he co-founded MobileSuites, an app that simplified post-booking, on-site hotel experiences. The app worked with top-name hotel chains such as W Hotels, Hyatt, Westin, and more. He has also spent time as an Analyst at EvoApp and a Media Intern at Black Sash.

Basel attended Duke University for his Bachelor's in Economics. His studies were primarily focused on finance. He later would go on to Harvard Law School for his Juris Doctor. His colleagues have praised his financial modeling, data analysis, and statistics skills.
