Bhavik is a Financial Services Senior Manager with extensive management consulting experience in retail, commercial banking and wealth management with top tier UK banks – HSBC, Barclays Wealth, LBG, Santander, RBS. He has a balanced blend of skills in Programme Management, Vendor Management, Operating Model design, Business Development & IT Delivery, and has a clear competitive edge in managing business-critical projects. Currently, Bhavik is a Senior Product Manager at American Express, creating and executing the strategy for a global CRM Product for the American Express for front line agents and relationship managers. He’s also responsible for defining the digital Product strategy aligned to the BU digital objectives, defining the commercial value proposition of the Product, defining the digital customer experience – journey mapping and UX design, and defining the 3 year Product roadmap with MVP and post MVP capabilities and features. Prior to his current role, Bhavik was a Senior Product Manager at Accenture, reporting into the HSBC senior leadership team that managed the inception and mobilization of a multimillion-dollar global program to transform AML and Sanctions. Additionally, while working in other roles at Accenture, he defined and delivered a client servicing platform for a disruptive Trading platform in the UK market that facilitates direct trade execution by Wealth customers.
