Bobby is a strategic data and AI leader with over 20 years of experience driving enterprise transformation for global organisations including Tesco, Eurostar, The Economist, and DMG Media. His core focus is building intelligent, scalable data ecosystems and advanced AI capabilities that enable better decisions, deeper personalisation, and measurable commercial value.

At Tesco, he currently leads global Data & AI Product Strategy, overseeing analytical and cross-domain AI platforms that power everything from Clubcard personalisation and commercial insight to generative AI tools and agent-based simulations. He's built and scaled international teams across engineering, data science, and product, leading efforts to transition legacy systems to next-gen cloud, real-time, and AI-native infrastructures.
His work blends enterprise data architecture, agile product delivery, and the application of advanced AI—including generative models, machine learning pipelines, and agentic systems—into high-value business applications. From intelligent forecasting in supply chain, to AI-driven experimentation platforms, Bobby helps organisations turn ambition into scalable, real-world impact.

Previously, Bobby has led transformations at Eurostar (delivering a CDP with 10x ROI), The Economist (creating an award-winning data ecosystem), and DMG Media (unlocking £1M+ in revenue through targeted data activation). He's also a frequent speaker at UK data conferences, covering topics such as AI adoption, data maturity, and business value through innovation.

At the heart of his leadership philosophy is a commitment to embedding AI and data into the DNA of decision-making, creating long-term strategic advantage through continuous innovation.
