Brian is an experienced Senior Product Manager with a demonstrated history of working in the internet industry. He’s skilled in Game Design, Scrum, Customer Service, Community Management, and Product Management. Currently, Brian is a Product Manager of Customer Care at The New York Times. Prior to his current role, he was a Senior Product Manager at Arkadium, where he led agile development of native gaming platform with 4.7 million monthly users on over 500 publisher sites and managed backlog and communicated vision and progress to team and stakeholders. His accomplishments include reducing time for platform launches from 3+ months to under 3 weeks and gaming platform revenue increased by 37% year over year. During Brian’s time as a Product Manager, he took over Mahjongg Dimensions Blast, an old Facebook game that the company had projected to sunset within a few months. Brian kept open communication with the fanbase and collected user feedback. He worked with the development team to introduce monthly events and add content that users wanted. Under his leadership, the game continuously remained profitable well over two years after its projected death.
