Carol Zhu

Carol Zhu is a Senior Product Manager at Amazon who is passionate about ML and data-driven marketplaces in the future of FinTech. She is currently working on AI within the Amazon Web Services team. Before her current role, she worked as a Senior PM at StubHub on the Marketplace Dynamics team. There she built algorithm-driven pricing-centric products. Carol has also worked as a Data Scientist/PM at Credit Karma and as a Business Analyst at Goldman Sachs.

Carol earned her International Baccalaureate Diploma from the Ivanhoe Grammer School in Melbourne, Australia. After that, she went on to attend Mount Holyoke College where she graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor's in Statistics, Economics, and International Relations. While completing her degree she took part in exchanges at UC Berkeley and The London School of Economics and Political Science.
