As a digital strategy leader, Carrie Ko helps companies answer the “where,” “why,” and “how” of making meaningful digital investments. Equally business-minded, user-focused, and data-driven, her work creating great products and experiences spans across business types and industries.
Carrie has partnered with clients like Netflix, Twitter, UCSF, John Hancock, and Google to crack the nutshell on some of their most complex user challenges. Her favorite part of her work is focusing on the upper funnel of product creation, dissecting challenges to define the strategy and roadmap that lay the foundation of a product’s future.
Carrie is currently leading strategy at Ueno, a digital creative agency based in San Francisco (she's hiring!). Prior to this, she's led projects and teams at agencies and consultancies like Huge and Booz Digital. She has an MBA from UCLA Anderson and a BA from Loyola University, Chicago.
