Christopher Bailey

Christopher Bailey is a Principal Professional Services Consultant at Lucid with over 15 years of experience building high-yield IT products. Before joining Lucid, Christopher held multiple roles at ExxonMobil. He started off with the company in 2006 as a Unix Systems Administrator, maintaining the Global Unix system operations and process improvement initiatives. He officially joined the product team in 2014 as an Innovation Product Manager. During his five years in that role, he developed their podcasting platform, built the Digital Ventures team, and created crowdsourced innovation communities within 10 of the primary ExxonMobil companies. He finished out his time at the company as a Senior PM.

Christopher started his education at Brigham Young University (BYU) in Idaho. There he earned his Associate's degree in Computer Science. He then transferred to the university's main campus for his Master's of Information Systems Management. He furthered his studies even more in 2016 when he completed the Organizational Leadership Program at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Christopher's colleagues rave about his entrepreneurship abilities and the positive energy he brings to every team and project he is a part of. He is extremely devoted to innovation but doesn't let that stop him from staying practical with his ideas.
