Cristina Cordova is an operations and technology executive with over 15 years of experience who serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Linear. Tasked with building critical teams across marketing, sales, operations, data, and talent, she guides the strategic vision for the modern issue tracking and project management tool powering some of the world's best product teams. Cristina oversees a multidisciplinary organization focused on go-to-market excellence and operational scale, and her leadership has been central to Linear's rapid evolution from a developer-favorite issue tracker into a comprehensive, AI-native ecosystem where product velocity, team coordination, and intelligent workflows intersect.

At Linear, Cristina drives the design and launch of highly automated, AI-powered tools built to help engineering and product teams achieve measurable output quality. She previously served as Head of Platform and Partnerships at Notion, and spent more than seven years at Stripe as it scaled from 28 to nearly 3,000 people, leading the Partnerships function and the business units for Stripe's Corporate Card and Treasury products. Most recently, she was a Partner at First Round Capital, advising and investing in more than 50 startups focused on fintech, SaaS, and developer products.
