Daniel Ayele

Daniel is a Product Manager excited about making tools for teams. Currently, he is a Senior Product Manager at Atlassian, where he leads the Confluence collaboration team which aims to help teams engage meaningfully and move their work forward through revamping the comments, notifications, and sharing experience. Prior to this, Daniel was a Senior Product Manager at LinkedIn, he launched the LinkedIn Job Search app on both iOS and Android platforms and also led a team of 15 outstanding Software Engineers, Designers, Analysts, and Product Marketers that achieved over 3.5 million monthly active users. Before that,  Daniel was a Product Manager at various companies like Bright, Ancestry, and Inflection. In addition, he graduated with a BA in Economics. His colleague describes him as a great Product Manager and team leader. Daniel does an excellent job of setting strategic direction, motivating his team, and delivering strong business results. Daniel strikes the right balance between allowing team members the autonomy to do their best work and stepping in with support and resources.
