Daniel Jimenez

Daniel is a Senior Customer Education Specialist at Heap who tailors his training for both technical and non-technical audiences. Before joining Heap he worked as a Productivity Trainer at Apple handling both in-person and virtual company-wide training.

During his more than seven years at Apple, he got to know his customers, clients, and employees deeply as a Sales Specialist, Workshop Coordinator, and Service Specialist/Trainer. Throughout his career, he has devised creative training solutions that yield extremely positive results.

Daniel earned his Bachelor's in History from San Diego State University. He also holds a Leadership and Management Certificate from the University of California, Berkely.
