David is a Product Lead of Innovation & Growth Teams with 12+ years of experience building products and running product teams, driving company strategy forward, and finding innovative growth opportunities for technology companies on a global scale. He leads and grows teams to use rapid experimentation, creativity, and extreme collaboration to produce high-growth impact for companies. Currently, David is a Product Lead at Grab, leading Grab's Payment Experience team, whose mission is to create the most widely adopted digital payment platform in SEA, by building a trustworthy, convenient, and sustainable financial relationship with our customers. Additionally, he’s responsible for Product Roadmap/Strategy, Execution and Impact of Product Launches, and Managing/Mentoring of Team of Product Managers. David is a truth-seeker, biased towards action, but with strong empathy for the user. He seeks to make digital experiences more human and use behavioral change to impact people's lives. Because he has experience in almost all roles from Marketing, Engineering, Research, Design, Strategy, Product, (and even Rocket Science) David has the unique ability to holistically lead a product team to execute on business goals, but also never sacrifice on user experience or innovation.
