David Tang is a highly accomplished Product Leader at Dropbox. He also led a company-wide initiative to streamline multi-product Terms of Service, resulting in reduced funnel drop-off and improved user experience. Prior to his time at Dropbox, David excelled at Adobe, where he worked as a Product Manager for Subscription Strategy & Analytics. There, he played a pivotal role in driving the overall product strategy for data and analytics solutions, focusing on customer engagement and retention programs. David led a team of engineers and spearheaded efforts to improve data transparency and self-service capabilities for stakeholders and partner teams. He also collaborated closely with senior leaders to build an end-to-end customer journey and optimize programs. Additionally, he has entrepreneurial experience as the Founder of Teamkno, a productivity and collaboration tool. With a background in marketing analytics and management consulting at Nielsen, David's expertise also extends to data science, analytics, and driving business outcomes.
David holds an MBA in Marketing, Strategy, and Organization Management from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management. He also earned a Professional Certificate in Integrated Marketing from the University of Chicago's Graham School and holds a BA with General Honors in Economics and International Studies from the University of Chicago. His educational background complements his extensive professional experience, equipping him with a comprehensive skill set to tackle complex challenges and drive success in the product management field.
