Dayana is a Product professional who is enthusiastic about web and mobile app development, and passionate about creating great customer experiences and delivering quality products. Currently, Dayana is Senior Digital Product Manager for Citi driving the redesign for the logged-in Citi.com customer, prioritize the backlog, and strategize across several lines of business for an excellent digital customer experience. She’s also Co-founder of a startup as part of the Citi Ventures D10X accelerator program and has passed 2 rounds of funding to validate the customer problem around single women and retirement. Participated in the inaugural exclusive executive development program for the next generation of Black and Hispanic leadership. Prior to working at Citi, Dayana was Project Manager of Technology and Digital Strategy at The New Yorker, where she managed the engineering team at The New Yorker and scoped upcoming web projects. She also successfully spearheaded and launched mobile developments at The New Yorker, examples include the highly-rated iOS app, The New Yorker Today, and breaking ground as the first magazine to be featured and reimagined in the News category of Google Play Newsstand. Dayana began her career in Product Management at Dow Jones, as a Product Manager for the Android mobile team and for the iOS mobile app development teams. Her educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Columbia University and a Master of Arts in International Relations from New York University.
