Deepa is an expert in Digital Analytics and a data-driven Product Manager - adept at gleaning insights from disparate sources of data and making meaningful recommendations that impact business decisions. Currently, she works at American Express and has worked in two different roles while being there. Deepa began as a Senior Manager, enabling insights-driven and decision-making for Product and Marketing teams, gained experience working on both pull (web & app) and push (email, push notification and SMS) channels, and sized strategic opportunities for digital initiatives based on historic and projected impact to influence go-no-go decisions and backlog prioritization. Now, she’s a Senior Product Manager being responsible for product strategy, development, capabilities, and Product Owner for real-time individualization that allows for email recipient's decision making and enrollments in financial products and programs, and leading global partnership and integration with vendors including Movable Ink. Prior to her current role, Deepa worked in Analytics at PR Newswire, where she provided analytics support by measuring the impact of all marketing initiatives and making recommendations to achieve maximum ROI, optimizing the digital experience for customers and prospects by understanding their needs and behavior on our digital properties, and providing data interpretation, design models and track results across multiple marketing channels using various data sources. Deepa has a Master in Business Administration in Marketing from Baruch College.
