Dheerja Kaur is the Chief Product Officer at Hims & Hers and a Product Scout with Andreessen Horowitz. Previously, she served as VP of Product at Robinhood, where she helped scale one of the most widely used investing platforms. Before that, Dheerja was the Chief Product Officer at theSkimm, leading product, design, and engineering teams to redefine how millions consume news. She began her career at ESPN, where she spearheaded the full redesign of ESPN.com and launched innovative digital experiences like the SportsCenter Feed and NFL Playoff Machine. Dheerja holds a B.S. in Industrial Engineering and Operations Research from Columbia University
