Diya Jolly

Diya Jolly is a distinguished product executive and organizational leader with over two decades of experience scaling high-growth technology platforms. She currently serves as the Chief Product Officer at Xero, a global cloud accounting platform that serves over 4 million subscribers. In this role, Diya leads a global organization across product management, design, and engineering, overseeing the strategy that empowers small businesses and their advisors with real-time financial data. Her leadership focuses on integrating advanced automation and AI—including the development of Xero's financial superagent, JAX—to unlock operational efficiency and seamless financial workflows for millions of entrepreneurs worldwide.

Previously, Diya was the Chief Product Officer at Okta, where she led product innovation for both workforce and customer identity, helping the company scale its revenue to $1.8 billion during a period of rapid hyper-growth. Prior to Okta, she spent nearly eight years at Google as a Vice President of Product Management, driving adoption and monetization strategies for flagship products including Google Home, Nest, and YouTube. Her career is rooted in a deep commitment to technical excellence and user-centric design. Diya holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and dual degrees in Electrical Engineering and Economics from the University of Michigan.
