Edgar Abelleyra is an experienced product leader with a special talent for eCommerce products and using analytics to build them better. Currently, he is working as Head of Product Management at Amazon, focused on their international expansion. He has been with the company for over seven years after joining as a Vendor Manager for their home improvement and tools in Mexico. Throughout his years he has worked his way up through different departments and teams including Pricing and Consumer Electronics. Before joining Amazon he worked as a Strategy and Planning Leader at HSBC and before that as a Strategy and Operations Consultant at Deloitte. Edgar holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics which he earned from the Centro de Investigación y Docencia Económicas in Mexico City.
