Esther Scott

Esther Scott is the Head of Identity Product at Square, where she leads a team focused on supporting accounts and access for Square sellers. Their platform supports international businesses ranging from sole proprietors at farmers’ markets and grows with customers all the way up to large enterprises. She began her career in engineering – working at both an early ecommerce startup and Lockheed Martin – and later grew into product leadership roles at a DaaS startup and Capital One.
