Faisal Masud

Faisal Masud is a product and technology executive with over two decades of experience who serves as President at HP. Tasked with leading HP's software business, he oversees a platform built to help customers optimize and even reduce their hardware footprint rather than simply sell more of it. This mandate spans product strategy and go-to-market for a business embedded inside a company still widely associated with printers and PCs, placing Faisal at the center of HP's shift toward a software-driven, outcome-based model as the industry moves away from unit sales.

At HP, Faisal drives this shift toward software and outcome-based offerings, building on a track record forged at some of technology's fastest-scaling companies. He most recently served as CEO of fabric, where he scaled the B2B Commerce Enablement Platform from seed stage through Series C, raising more than $330 million from tier-one VCs and reaching unicorn status, and earlier held COO at Wing, Alphabet's drone delivery moonshot, and CDO and CTO roles at Staples, leading digital transformation at a global scale. He also serves on public and private boards spanning marketplaces, SaaS, AI, climate tech, and commerce, offering strategic guidance to help companies reach their goals.
