For over 15 years, Greg was making magic as part of the Disney Parks & Resorts Digital team. He started off as a Technical Project Manager/Web Developer/Producer, leading technology efforts for the teams that support e-commerce operations for Disney World, Disneyland, and Disney Cruise Line. After five years, he was promoted to Technology Manager and later to his final role as Product Management/Digital Strategy Director. He worked on web and mobile app product vision and strategy for the global park's tickets and Disney Cruise Line Sales, which created over $4B in annual revenue.
Greg earned his Bachelor's in Telecommunication arts at Butler University in Indiana. He also holds an MBA from the Crummer Graduate School of Business at Rollins College. On top of that, he earned a Master's in Information Technology, MIS, and Software Engineering from the prestigious Harvard University. He is also a Certified Scrum Master and Scrum Product Owner.
