Hala Jalwan

Hala Jalwan is a Product Leader at Apple working on Siri in the home. She has a passion for creating products that allow people to live happier and easier lives. Before her current role, she was a PM at Google working on bringing their home assistant technology into the future. She was also leading growth and discovery for Google Assistant on all of their home devices such as Nest hub and Google TV. Additionally, she has worked at Facebook as a Lead Product Manager, guiding her team towards improving customer satisfaction for their consumer hardware.

Hala earned her Bachelor's degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the American University of Beirut. She minored in Engineering Management. She also holds a Master's of Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). She graduated from that program with a perfect GPA, finishing third in her class.
