Hien Phan

Hien Phan is a seasoned Director of Product Marketing who has established himself as a thought leader in the industry. Over the past two years, he has been instrumental in building the enterprise growth machine at Amplitude, a rocket-ship company in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Hien is a master of scaling processes and strategies, including competitive intel, market research and insights, product launches, enablement, and persona building. During his tenure at Amplitude, he helped build the PMM team and processes, and was responsible for creating a new persona beyond the company's data science persona, called "citizen analysts." He also led the successful launch of the Helix-in memory compute engine and Python Edge, a dev environment for Python users.
