Humaira Patel

Humaira has exceptionally strong problem-solving skills. She is able to effectively structure ambiguous problems, develop sound recommendations, and is an effective presenter and communicator. Currently, Humaira is a Product Manager at Uber, working on net new lines of businesses and 0 to 1 products, expanding beyond Uber's core business. Additionally, she was on the board for Uber's largest ERG, Women at Uber, where she organized events for members and allies and most recently led the charge for International Women's Day celebrations globally. Prior to her current position, Humaira was a Client Relations Specialist at Bloomberg New Energy Finance, managing Power and Utility sector clients by working with clients to understand their data needs and energy focus and assisting clients with data and research requests by compiling customized datasets. Though, she started out working in Business Development, working with industry leaders in the clean energy sector to provide news, data, and analysis needed to make key decisions; and developed strategies for generating new business activity by performing company and industry-level research. Humaira’s ability to drive projects forward with laser-sharp focus, to keep timelines moving smoothly, and to anticipate and act on issues/blockers before they surfaced are key for any team. If she doesn’t have the answer on hand to any questions she is asked, she chases down the answer in a flash to make sure her team has all the resources and information necessary to succeed.
