Igor Saraiva is a Strategic Designer and Mobile Planner with an extensive background in service, product, and graphic design projects. Since 2008, he has created Digital Products and Mobile Strategies for companies such as Coca-Cola, Ferrero, Panasonic, Heineken, Absolut Vodka, Levi's, DeVry Universities, Suvinil, Dotz, Deca among others.
Igor is specialized in integrating resources, partners, and actors needed to reach a given strategic objective. Thanks to his direct experience with understanding the complexity and developing strategic planning, he developed a problem-setting / problem-solving attitude. Igor is a business-oriented and design-driven professional, capable of transforming people's needs into relevant products for brands. Passionate about people, observing, understanding them, and their interaction with products, Igor has a keen eye to spot strategic opportunities and re-position companies for the future. Moreover, he is highly skilled in working with projects from Concept to Execution, from Strategic Thinking to Business Planning.
On top of his impressive professional endeavors, Igor was also invited to bring to Brazil the Service Design Network (SDN), was part of the advisory board of Hyper Island Brazil, and is a speaker of Future Trends, including in Russia, the USA, and all over Brazil. His entrepreneurial spirit also led him to co-found a startup PorQueNão?, a business design boutique in São Paulo. Today, Igor is Head of Design at Nugo Smart Cashless, a fintech of cashless payments and analysis of consumption patterns with a focus on events.
