Jaswanthi Meganathan

Jaswanthi is a Product Leader with more than 15 years of experience building cloud, AI, and platform products across technology and financial services. Currently at Amazon Web Services (AWS), she leads products focused on AI governance, security, and compliance, helping organizations adopt AI responsibly while delivering measurable business impact. Throughout her career, she has combined deep technical expertise with a customer-first approach to create scalable solutions that simplify complex challenges and unlock new opportunities for users.

Prior to her current role, Jaswanthi led product strategy for AWS machine learning and simulation platforms, including SageMaker Ground Truth Plus and RoboMaker, and previously drove growth and adoption initiatives for AWS developer platforms. Before joining AWS, she spent several years leading cloud transformation and FinTech programs for global financial institutions, helping organizations modernize infrastructure and optimize operations. In addition to her industry experience, Jaswanthi is passionate about developing future product leaders and serves as a lecturer and educator, sharing her expertise with students and professionals through academic and industry programs.
