Jay Dave

Jay Dave is VP of Product for Platform at Fullstory, where he leads teams building the foundations that turn behavioural data into insight. Fullstory helps organisations understand how people actually experience their digital products, combining large-scale data capture with analytics and emerging GenAI techniques to surface patterns, explain behaviour, and inform better product decisions.

Jay has over 20 years of experience building and scaling products across operating systems, security, enterprise SaaS, and developer platforms. He has held senior product leadership roles at Microsoft, Amazon, and Qualtrics, where he has worked on complex systems used by millions and supported teams through growth, scale, and change.

Outside of his day-to-day role, Jay enjoys developing product leaders, mentoring PMs, and exploring how AI can complement human judgement in modern product organisations.
