Jay is a Product Manager with years of experience and skills in Product Management, AI, Machine Learning, Entrepreneurship, Marketing, Finance, and Data/Analytics. Currently, he’s the Director of Product Management at Noom, a mobile health-tech startup based in NYC, helping people everywhere lead healthier lives through behavior change. Prior to his current role, Jay was a Product Manager at Facebook, where he built machine-learning systems for location detection and local search to power location-based advertising and consumer products. Before that, he was Founder/CEO at Locality, he built Locality from concept to 2M monthly users, owning vision/roadmap, Product Development, marketing, hiring, and fundraising, as well as, CFO at Betable and was the first non-engineer at a VC-funded gaming startup, doing Product, Marketing, Finance, and BD. Jay began his career in tech at Snapfish, Hewlett-Packard as a Business Analyst, being responsible for Snapfish's budget, financial and metrics reporting, analytics, and customer LTV model, and managed due diligence for Snapfish's acquisition by Hewlett-Packard in 2005. He then went on to become the Marketing Manager and managed CRM email program, analytics, A/B testing, and feature prioritization for Snapfish US marketing. Jay’s educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania, and a Bachelor of Science in Finance & Management from The Warton School.
