Jean-Pierre Sleiman

Jean-Pierre Sleiman is a strategic product leader with over a decade of experience driving digital transformation and AI innovation across global financial institutions and consulting firms. He currently serves as the Head of Product for Intelligent Ops Platforms & AI Products at N26, where he defines the company-wide AI strategy and oversees cross-functional teams dedicated to machine learning, hyperautomation, and operational efficiency.

Throughout his career, Jean-Pierre has been at the forefront of the AI shift in digital banking. At N26, he successfully launched Generative and Agentic AI use cases and scaled ML initiatives that support critical business functions, including Risk and Operations. Before joining N26, he was a Program Manager for AI Strategy at BNP Paribas, where he led a task force to define the group’s target operating model for AI and delivered complex NLP and recommendation engine projects.
