Jeff Keyes

Jeff Keyes serves as Field CTO at Allstacks, bringing deep expertise in Value Stream Management (VSM) and Agile software delivery. Tasked with connecting the company's platform capabilities to customer strategy and go-to-market, he draws on a career built around defining and scaling the VSM category. His focus spans positioning, enablement, and thought leadership for organizations modernizing their software delivery practices. The role puts him at the intersection of product strategy and customer success as companies look to scale value stream practices with AI.

Previously, as VP of Product Marketing at Planview, Jeff led go-to-market for the company's VSM and Agile portfolio, launched new Gen AI-powered platform capabilities, and created the Project to Product Summit, which drew more than 4,000 registrations and $150K in external sponsorship. Before that, as Director of Product Marketing for Jira Align at Atlassian, he introduced Value Stream Management as a market category, and he spent nearly five years at Plutora in senior product and marketing leadership before its acquisition by Planview. A recognized voice in the category, Jeff co-founded the Value Stream Management Consortium in 2021, helping build industry standards and certification programs for a global community of practitioners.
