Jerome is a seasoned Product Manager whose professional career spanned over 13 years. Today, he is a Senior Product Manager for iPlayer at BBC who always tries to take the best decisions balancing user needs, business goals and technical feasibility.

He began his professional career as a Client Services Manager at Text 100 - Briman Communications. Shortly after, he has spent over 4 years at LG Electronics, progressively attaining higher Product managerial roles. He is described by his colleagues as a well-organized Product Owner with a deep knowledge of the mobile app environment. During his lucrative career, Jerome’s work has taken him across the world from Seoul, Korea to London, UK, where he is currently based. As a team leader, he has made tough decisions regarding the user experience, helping the teams transition to Scrum and significantly speeding up their processes.

He earned an Executive MBA from Henley Business School, a Post-Graduate Diploma in International Politics from Universite Libre de Bruxelles and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from York University. On top of his academic and professional endeavors, Jerome is also a certified ScrumMaster. He is a truly compelling speaker who continues to develop his skills in Product Management.
