Jessie Chen

Jessie is eager to enhance human interactions and experiences through product and technology. At the moment, she is a Principal Product Manager at Zillow working on Zillow's internal people product to build out a phenomenal employee experience. Before this, she was a Product Management Lead at Eightfold, the industry's first talent intelligence platform. Her career in product began at Workday where she started off fixing critical HR business needs as Senior Associate Product Manager. She then moved into a Product Manager role before finishing her time with the company as a Senior Product Manager. She also has experience working at Deloitte as a Global Rewards Consultant. Jessie earned her Bachelors's degree from the University of California, Berkeley in Neurobiology and Sociology. Jessie also speaks Chinese, German and Spanish.
