At Blue Apron, a food and beverage delivery company, Jon led a cross-functional Member Experience squad, focused on delivering high-quality, user-centric features across platforms, and co-managed its Growth Squad tasked with optimizing customer acquisition, conversion, account reactivation, and early-lifecycle retention. During his time as a Product Manager at Trip Advisor, he led efforts with Search & Discovery teams to build product features designed to help travelers discover the best hotels, restaurants, and attractions through intelligent leveraging of the company's unique corpus of review data.
