Julia Baumgartner

Julia Baumgartner is a Customer Success Manager at airfocus. Her ease in communicating with people makes her work outstanding. Some of her main duties include onboarding new customers and providing support. She helps ensure that customers get the maximum value out of the product, reducing churn rates.

Before becoming a CSM at airfocus, she worked at Palisis as a Customer Relationship Manager, the starting point of her career. She has vast experience as an English teacher and she is fluent in German, English, and Spanish. She holds a Bachelor of Arts from FH Kusftein Tirol and a Master’s degree in Front-End Web Development from Universidad Politécnica de Madrid
