Julian Leung is a Digital Product Manager specializing in International Expansion and Localization with 7+ years of experience. He’s one of the earliest employees and first-ever Product Manager hired for Airbnb, WeWork, and GOAT in APAC. Currently, Julian is a Product Owner of GOAT Group, dedicating his expertise to improve and localize GOAT's web and mobile products for the Mainland Chinese and wider international audiences. Notable achievements include: designed and executed first-ever "Singles Day" campaign (2019) and drove 91% and 106% increase in users and buyers respectively on the WeChat Mini-Program, implemented data-driven merchandising strategies on the WeChat Mini-Program, and implemented data tracking and analytics for Product, marketing, and business-related metrics across Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, Sisense, DataRangers, among other tools. Prior to his current role, Julian was a Senior Product Manager at WeWork, a Founding Member of the China Technology Team dedicated to improve and localize WeWork's web and mobile products for the Mainland Chinese audience, with a focus on Growth, Billing and Payments. Julian first gained Product Management experience working at Airbnb, improving and localizing Airbnb's web and mobile products for the Mainland Chinese audience, being responsible for managing a team of translators across 10 languages in optimizing translation and localization workflows, and designing improvements and new features to the translation tool.
