Kalaivani Subramaniam

Kalaivani Subramaniam is a Senior Product Manager with over a decade of experience in the software engineering domain. She is currently working on fraud prevention at Visa with the help of AI and Machine Learning models. Before this, she worked as a Senior PM for Payments, Financing, and Apple Pay at Apple. Prior to that, she spent over six years as part of the Walmart eCommerce team. She started off as a Senior Software Engineer before moving up to become a PM for checkout, payments, and tax. As a PM, she launched a new payment option, ChasePay, and rolled out a payment services integration that reduced interchange rates on their website.

Kalaivani earned her Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Bharathiar University. She also holds an MBA in Entrepreneurship and Innovation from the University of California, Davis. On top of that, she is a Scrum Alliance certified Scrum Master.
